10/23 World History

Pretend you are Moses. You are chosen by God to lead your people out of Egypt. You are the only one that God speaks to. Everyone looks up to you for all of the answers. What is your biggest concern, as you lead hundreds or thousands of freed slaves into the desert?

This is due on Monday. Failure to submit will result in a zero.

If you do not have access to a computer, the library is available before school and at lunch.

If i was Moses my biggest fear would be to get all the people to follow me and believe me

If I was Moses and chosen by God to lead my people out of Egypt, my biggest fear would be letting my people down. I would be afraid of not making informed decisions and leading the people down the wrong path. Eventhough though i was walking by Faith in God, knowing that the people had faith in me would put lots of pressure on me.

My biggest concern would be if the Israelites would stay loyal to God. If I were leading across the desert I would need to keep them from doubting me and God if I wanted to keep them united together. If God didn’t send the miracles to the Israelites, then who knows what would have happened to them. I don’t know how Moses did it, but he must have been pretty confident in God to do all this for him

If I was Moses, and chosen by God to lead my people out of Egypt, my biggest fear would be actually accomplishing the mission that God set forth before me; keeping everyone free from doubt during the difficult times of struggle, suffering and sacrifice. Continuing ever forward in "blind faith."
